Over two decades Matt Pover has established a solid reputation as an energetic, creative and versatile photographer consistently producing high quality images for a diverse client base.  He began work as a news and sports photographer shooting assignments for the UK national press.

Before long Matt was in high demand and found himself on shoots all over the world.  It is this background that makes his ability to work within deadline second nature.

Based in Cheshire, Matt specialises in portraiture and has photographed dozens of big name celebrities, sports stars and politicians.  Skilled in both the studio and on location it is his unique ability to put people at ease which distinguishes his work.

Recent assignments have included a portrait session with Prime Minister David Cameron and documenting a UK charity’s battle against Malaria in Rwanda and.  Matt has shot images for glossy magazines including Hello, Now, OK! and Heat and has also worked with commercial clients including Umbro, Adidas, Puma, Hugo Boss, BT and Sony.

Some people call what Matt does a hobby – he says he’s lucky enough to call it a job.
